1. Does Chan Online Store available to West Malaysia?

 Currently, our online service only available for East Malaysia.  West Malaysia will be launched in the near future, do stay tune with us!

2.  Can I change the shipping address once I had confirm my purchase?

We cannot make any changes to the billing information, shipping address, or delivery method once your online order has been place and submitted.

3.  Can I self-collect my product without charges of shipping?

Yes, you can. You will be contacted for pickup once order is ready at the store.

4.  Can I deliver to another address, other than my billing address? 

Yes, it is possible if the delivery address is within Sabah areas.

5.  Where can I self-collect my own products? 

For self pick up location: Chan Furniture (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. (Sadong Jaya) Address: No.26, Karamunsing Warehouse, Jalan Karamunsing, 88000, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

6.  What must I bring along for self collection at store?

Your identification card and confirmation order number.
