Order & Payment

1. How do I place an order? 

Step 1: Select the product and quantity you want.

Step 2: Click “Add to Cart”

Step 3: After checking all the products, click checkout.

Step 4: Provide your information. Then click continue.

Step 5: Review your order, Double check your information, choose your payment method and billing address. After that click "I agree Term & Conditions".

Step 6: Then click complete order.

Step 7: Go to your email and wait for the confirmation note. Save the document as the proof of order.

2. How will I know that you have received my order?

An email notification will be sent to you as the confirmation of order.

3. Is there a limit to the quantity I can purchase?

The quantity limit depends on the current stock availability. For bulk purchase, please email to onlinedept.cfsb@gmail.com

4. How can I cancel an order?

You cannot change items or cancel your order once your order has been confirmed and paid.

5. How can I check or track my order?

You can check your order status on My Account / Order History.

6. How do I get my products after purchasing through online? 

We offer 2 options : Self-Collection and Standard Delivery.

7. What payment method I can use to make online purchasing?

We offer multiple payment method: Ipay88 (Maybank2u, HongLeong Connect, AmBank, Alliance Online, PbeBank, RHB Online, Bank Islam, WebCash, CIMB Click, BSN, Affin Bank, Celcom AirCash) and Paypal.

Note: Cheque and Cash payment will not be accepted.
