Zenco is an online extension of Chan Furniture (M) Sdn Bhd. It is one of our upgraded service that we are offering to our customers that enables them to purchase online.

1. We provide offline support at our 80 showrooms throughout Malaysia. 2. Delivery is fast as all our stock are readily available at our Kota Kinabalu stores. 3. Free delivery is available for all Kota Kinabalu areas for purchases up to RM500.00 and above. 4. Free product assemble on site. 5 Large selection od home and office furnitures such as wardrobe, study tables. living cabinets, sofa, benches, beds, mattress, vanity tables and many more. 6. We offer competitive prices for all our products.

3. Do you offer delivery service and what are the charges?

Yes! We offer free delivery charges for purchases RM1000.00 and above to all our Kota Kinabalu customers. For other areas, there is a charge of RM30.00 - RM50.00 per item and up to maximum of RM300.00. We offer pick up services for purchases made online at any of our branches which is the nearest to you.

4. Is assembling service included?

We can assemble the furniture when items are delivered to you at no extra charges.

5. Where do you deliver?

Currently we only deliver to Kota Kinabalu areas. We will be extending our online services to other part of Malaysia very soon. We do not ship internationally.

6. Can we pick up our purchases and where?

Yes. You can pick up your purchases at any of our branches nearest to you. You will need to bring along your IC and purchase receipt when collecting your items.

7. How can I pay for my purchases?

We accept credit cards and internet banking for major local banks such as Public Bank, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong etc. All the payments will be made through IPAY88 gateway and is 100% secure.

8. What is my product received is wrong or defective?

It is our policy to inspect products before delivering out to our customers but if in the event of a defective or wrong item, you can submit a refund request. All requests should be submitted to or you can simply make a call to our customer support at 016 2290866. More information can be found on our return policy page

9. Is my transaction on your website safe?

Definitely! Our website is security secured and it against our policy to share any of our customers personal information to third parties. Read more about our privacy policy.
